born 24 Dec 1881 New Sweden, Aroostook, Maine; married Hilda Amalia Olsson 27 Feb 1909 Cambridge, Middlesex, Massachusetts; married Signe Maria Rosèn, daughter of Carl Gustaf Rosén and Johanna Sofia Gahm, 13 Sep 1919 Dover, Strafford, New Hampshire; married Catherine Horton 3 Nov 1963; he and Catherine Horton were divorced 1964; married Beulah Shupe, daughter of Gilbert George Shupe and Gertrude Hilty, 27 Mar 1969; died 31 Jul 1975 Goodall Hospital, Sanford, York, Maine, at age 93; Cremated. His ashes were scattered in New Sweden, Maine. He was a carpenter. "Esaias was commonly known as 'Cy'. In his youth, together with his brother Albert, he played in the New Sweden, band. In 1909, he moved to Cambridge, MA. Being a very fine carpenter, he did carpentry and contracting work. He built many homes in the Boston area. Also, he taught carpentry at Boston Trade School, and taught his nephews George and Melvin. He was an expert at using the carpenter's square for solving mathematical problems. He retired to Tideview Estates, Ellenton, Florida at the age of 82 and lived to the age of 93. He was the last survivor of his family." Hilda Amalia Olsson was born on 28 Feb 1884. She died 9 Sep 1918 at age 34. She was buried at Mt Auburn, Cambridge, as stated on her death certificate. ‎(St Paul Lot 3730, Grave #361 was written in by her daughter Florence)‎
