My Mission - What is this Site?
4 October 2008 - 1:42:29pm

This website represents a modern extension of the base research originally performed by Clinton Stadig, Carl Larson, Christian Christian, Nathan Silver and many, many others.

This site is intended to allow Stadigs and the extended family relatives an opportunity to connect, think of it as an "OurSpace."

If you are a relative or person with family knowledge or simply curious, please register by clicking "login". Once you have a verified account you will be able to Fully access the site as well as contribute by updating records, adding stories, obituaries, pictures, and persons. You will also be able to receive messages from other users on the site and potential newsletters when published.
You may customize you're own portal page making the site easier to use and better meet you're needs. If you are hard core into genealogy or never herd of it and simply curious how you fit in the family, my hope is this site will serve you well and also bolster the genealogical record of our families by improving it's detail, accuracy, access and research.

You may change the language you're viewing the site in to one you prefer by selecting the appropriate flag in the banner at the top.

Start now, Try a search by entering a part of a name in the banner Search Box...Click on a result name and you're on you're way. Perhaps click on one of the statistical names on this page, Most all names, pictures, IDs and displayed data on this site is "Active" and "click-able". For example clicking on a column header will sort the list. I encourage you to place you're mouse pointer over things to experiment. You can also search topics like Truman or Mayflower, when you go to the individuals click view ALL or click Notes to see the stories.

Please feel free to browse around and look at some of the charts of our family. Be sure to view the "Message Forum" for open Discussion Groups, Help, Stories, Reunions and other information. This site is what we make it.
Please enjoy ...and Welcome to the Community - Glen Stadig
